Senior Backend Engineer

Core Platform London, UK Full-time

Own the Go codebase powering our proxy, policy engine, and audit system. You'll work on the core request lifecycle — classification, enforcement, and forwarding — and build new protocol adapters for SSH, Terraform, and cloud CLIs.

// REQUIREMENTS
  • Strong Go experience (3+ years in production systems)
  • Deep understanding of HTTP reverse proxies, TLS, and mTLS
  • Experience with Kubernetes API internals or controller development
  • Familiarity with security primitives: SPIFFE/SPIRE, JWT, RBAC
  • Comfortable working in a small team shipping fast

Security Engineer

Security London, UK Full-time

Define and harden Iddio's security posture. You'll own threat modelling, penetration testing, compliance architecture (SOC 2, HIPAA), and the cryptographic audit chain.

// REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience in application security or infrastructure security
  • Knowledge of zero-trust architectures and identity systems
  • Hands-on with Kubernetes security: RBAC, PSPs/PSA, network policies
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, HIPAA, FedRAMP)
  • Bonus: experience with OPA/Rego policy authoring

Enterprise Solutions Architect

Enterprise London, UK (or Remote) Full-time

Design and deliver Iddio deployments for enterprise customers. You'll translate complex security and compliance requirements into production architectures.

  • Experience in solutions architecture or technical pre-sales for infrastructure products
  • Deep knowledge of Kubernetes deployment patterns and enterprise networking
  • Familiarity with enterprise security requirements: SSO/SAML, SIEM integration
  • Ability to lead technical conversations with CISOs, platform teams, and DevOps leads
  • Bonus: hands-on with zero-trust architectures or privileged access management

Field Development Engineer

Engineering London, UK (or Remote) Full-time

Work at the intersection of engineering and customer deployment. You'll build reference architectures, write integration tooling, and debug production issues alongside customers.

// REQUIREMENTS
  • Strong systems engineering background (Go, Linux, containers)
  • Experience deploying and operating Kubernetes in production
  • Comfortable working directly with external engineering teams
  • Ability to context-switch between deep debugging and clear customer communication
  • Bonus: experience with infrastructure security tooling or policy engines
